Kay sold her company in 2002 and is excited to be working with buyers and sellers again. Kay recently completed a term as a Broker member of the Texas Real Estate Commission appointed by our state's former Governor, George W. Bush. Kay's goal as a realtor is to give the very best service available to buyers and sellers from the beginning of the Real Estate experience and to stay involved past the closing.

Ann has lived in Midland since 1974 and has experienced the many "ups and downs" of the Midland economy. She has worked as an accountant in a CPA firm and as accounting manager in a large agency. In 2000, Ann went to work in the real estate profession with Century 21 Kay Sutton Realtors.  Kay sold the company in 2002 and she went to work with the new company. Ann has been associated with The Kay Sutton Team since 2003. She would love to help you find your new home!

Earning degrees in Business Administration Informational Technology, Susan left the non-profit arena and is very excited to be a part of Kay's dynamic real estate team. She is committed to providing each client with excellent customer service from the begining of the transaction to closing and beyond and to pursuing continual education in real estate. A sustaining member of the Junior League of Midland, Susan and her husband Bill, a commercial broker with LMB Real Estate Group, has two children.
